With my companions, Dillon Coleman and Antony Kitchin, we tarversed the Wakhan from the West in June/July this year and reached the Ice Cave July 7 with a group of Wahki and Kirghiz horsemen.
We then explored Little Pamir and returned via Sarhad, Ishkashem and Khorog.
We made some interesting finds in relation to the source of the Oxus, which we hope soon to publish.

And I would suggest to no-one to try it! Only you are as stupid as the 3 american "adventurer" who crossed from Afghanistan to Tajikistan and were arrested in 2005.

John and Kimberley actually went over the Dilisang Pass into Pakistan. As far as they are aware, no outsiders have been over the Wakhjir since Tilman.

Actually, John Mock and Kimberley O'Neil did cross the Waghjir pass, thanks to a Shipton/Tilman Grant, in September 2004.
Along with my wife Mareile and our donkey, we crossed the entire Wakhan Corridor and went over another pass into Pakistan, in September 2005.
